As mentioned earlier on my blog, lesson plans are an essential tool in a teachers arsenal of tools to maximise the effectiveness of their instructional strategies. They allow for effective scaffolding and meaningful content to be designed and delivered to the students, while providing a map of the students learning experience to get from where they are currently, to where their learning goals and objectives are.
That's why at this point I have had to make a detailed lessons pan that will probably be used in my first classroom assessment. The lesson is downloadable below and it also contains a discussion summary with my mentor about it at the end of the lesson plan.
